After 20 years of being in Silicon Valley, the Volkswagen Group of America is embarking on a growth journey - a transformation that will give us the capabilities and resources to increase our impact for our brands with an increased focus on our North American customers. 

We have grown and evolved during the past 20 years, and this year, the we are once again evolving and aligning to the needs of the Group globally. We have become the Innovation and Engineering Center California (IECC). Under the heading IECC there are two entities: the Innovation Center California (ICC) and the Engineering Center California (ECC).
