Zip Code Detection

Do Not Track Signals

You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. as a result of this Agreement or use of this Website. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. and Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission made by you.

Volkswagen Group of America, Inc.'s performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of Volkswagen Group of America, Inc.'s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Website or information provided to or gathered by Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. with respect to such use.
